Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB) has decided to again
extend the last date for accepting online applications for 9534 vacancies for
the post of Sub Inspector (SI) Civil Police (Male/Female), Platoon Commander/
Sub-Inspector Armed Police (Male), and Fire Service Second Officer (Male). The
notice for the last date extension has been released on the official website on
http://uppbpb.gov.in/ on 21st May 2021 announcing the last date of online registration is now 15th June 2021.

Age Limit
Candidate should have attained the age of 21 years and not completed 28 years of age on 01-07-2021 i.e. the candidate should have been born before 01.07.1993 and not later than 01.07.2000.
Provided that in the case of candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and other such categories, the higher age limit will be as many years as specified in the Act and the applicable Government orders at the time of notification of vacancies.

Pay Scale
Sub Inspector :- Rs. 9300-34,800 Grade Pay Rs. 4200/-Education Qualification
Essential Qualification:
- For the post of Inspector Civil Police and
Platen Commander, PAC – Graduation from a University
established by law in India or any qualification recognized by the
Government as equivalent thereto.
- For the post of Fire Service Second
Officer – Bachelor of Science degree from a University
established by law in India or any qualification recognized by the
Government as equivalent thereto.
Preferential Qualifications
There will be no marks of preferential qualification, but in the case of two
or more candidates getting equal marks, the candidates of preferential qualification
will be given preference under stone 4.4-
- DOEACC /
DOEACC / NIELIT Have obtained ‘O’ level certificate in computer from the
Society, or
- served
in the Territorial Army for a minimum period of two years, or
- have obtained “B” certificate of National Cadet Corps.

Candidates of All Category have to pay Application fee of Rs.
400/- For this Recruitment Process.
